Alerts
EL Sol Chalets for families will charge a refundable 50 KD as damage deposit
It is calculated automatically with the payment process, and this deposit is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there is no damage to the property.
Very important instructions
Our chalets are for families only
- Reservations are not allowed for boys only or girls only
- Swimsuits are prohibited for women on the beach
Pets are not allowed
In the event that the above conditions are violated, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid will not be refunded
Check-in
4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- You will need to inform Soul Chalets in advance of your arrival time.
- Upon check-in, guests will be asked to show a photo ID. Please note that all special requests will be subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Cancellations
The policy of canceling or postponing reservations in Chalets Al Soul is as follows:
– 10 days before entry, it is allowed to postpone or cancel the reservation and refund the amount
– Less than 10 days to 5 days from booking, postponement is allowed for reservations for any available future date
– Less than 5 days, it is not allowed to postpone or cancel the reservation, and the reservation amount is not refunded
A refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of KWD 50 is required with the reservation value. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there is no damage to the Soul Chalets.
Children and beds
Children of all ages are welcome (EL Sol Chalets for families are for families only)
To see correct price and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.
A maximum of extra beds are allowed depending on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you choose.
